Dental Implants
The closest thing to a natural tooth.
An implant is a permanent, multi-step solution for a missing tooth. First, a small biocompatible titanium post is surgically placed directly into the jawbone, where it acts as a replacement tooth root. Over a few months, your bone heals around the post in a process called osseointegration, locking it securely in place. Finally, we attach a custom-crafted porcelain crown on top.
- The Benefit: Unlike other options, implants stimulate the jawbone to prevent bone loss, don't require altering adjacent teeth, and can easily last a lifetime with proper care.
